How to register an account?
You can either send an enquiry through the enquiry link at the top of the page, or you can send an email to sales@myjobsinpune.com
How to become a member?
After registering successfully as a recruiter, you can post jobs. We will review your profile and postings. On approval, your jobs will appear on the site and candidates can apply to your postings. Nevertheless, only paid customers have the option to view the candidates' contact details. You can contact us at sales@myjobsinpune.com if you wish to subscribe to any of our membership plans.
Why does my company info not show in the search results, I have registered successfully?
You haven't posted any jobs.
Can I modify the posted info at any time as I would like?
Yes. You can do it any time by using the 'Edit Job' page in the recruitment manager.
How to search a jobseeker exactly meet my requirement?
You can use our advanced search function to specify your exact criteria.
How can I know that the CV info of the candidates is true or not?
Each CV in our database has been verified by us. You can also ask for more details from the candidates directly.
How to send your letter of intent to jobseekers?
You can do this through the recruitment manager. Once you have found the right candidate from your search, click on the "Send an interview invitation" button at the bottom of the candidate's CV and follow the link.
I've found the person I need. I don't want to receive applications any more. What should I do?
You can choose the 'Modify Posted Info' and tick the frame of position occupied to conceal that outdated info. Then that info would not be showed in search results any more until you tick off and reveal it again. If you're sure that the posted info is useless henceforth we suggest you to delete it.
I haven't posted jobs for a long time though my post function is still valid. Can I continue to post jobs?
Absolutely! You can post a new job and any time and it will be visible until it expires or you manually deactivate it. You can re-activate your de-activated jobs or renew expired jobs too using 'Modify Posted Info'. Remember, posting jobs on My Jobs in Pune are absolutely free. You pay only to view the contact details of applicants.
