"KUKA Toledo Production Operations builds the complete JK-74 & JK-72 Jeep Wrangler body shells including all closure panels; Full Door, ½ door and RHD. We employee 229 Production Hourly, Skilled Trades and Salary Personnel in our Toledo facility, with two shifts scheduled to build 519 Jeep Wranglers per day. We have 245 KUKA Robots in our facility. 68 are Material Handling Robots, 166 are Welding Robots with Servo Weld Guns & DC Mid-Freq Welders, and 11 are Roller Hemming Robots in our 335,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing facility. "
