Responsible for Tier-3 Operational support.
- Minimum of 10-12 Years of relevant experience
- In-Depth knowledge in Routing & Switching and good network troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge in IP-Telephony
- CCDA/CCDP/CCIE preferred or demonstrated knowledge
- Understanding of Network Security principles and their applications
- Ability to respond to issues 24x7
- Knowledge of Project Management principles
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a technical virtual team
- Ability to tactically work on global issues and issues involving other disciplines ie Hosting
- Enhanced trouble-shooting skills in Networking
- Ability to present technical solutions to peers and managers
- Shares knowledge and information with others
Typically requires BS/CS or equivalent
8-12 years experience in Network Operations environment
