Responsible for handling sales team of all across the region. Closely monitor their day to day activities through daily sales report mechanism.
Promoting and selling all product lines to corporate world.
As a Head of region, guide your team members on various aspects of sales techniques which include presentation skills, aggressive selling, proactive attitude, relationship skills, market penetration, and retention of customers.
Propsecting corporate accounts for travel business (ticketing and incentives groups) and Account acquisition.
Maintaining PR with lead position holders in corporate world (includes CFO?s, CEO?s and MD?s) and keep the brand recall high at times of annual contract process.
Competition mapping, keeping a track of competition in the market and be updated for release of tenders and bids.
To partner with global and national team of the company to develop client-specific Marketing strategies for sales acquisition and retention.
Make MIS reports of sales team for the Comparison of Sales and Revenues generate in a regular intervals & identify areas for improvement.
To drive results, manage multiple, multifaceted projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
