Safety Audits / Meetings. Finalizing Safety Budget. To prepare Contract Conditions.
Dealing with Govt. Authorities, Environmental Monitoring
tudy Safety Requirements of Individual Site & finalization of Safety Budget.
Coordination with Tendering Dept. for fulfilling specific Safety requirements.
Calculating Cost of an accident & informing to concerned projects.
Training of Safety Engineers, Preparing project specific HSE Plan, Compliance with ISO 9000 procedures, Safety Audits, Formation of Safety Committees at Site & conducting Regional Safety Committee meeting. Improving & Maintaining House Keeping Standards. Accident Investigation. Coordination with client, Preparing Monthly Accident Statistics & presenting it in the Monthly meeting of all Project Incharges.
Preparing Safe Operating Procedures / Safety Manuals
Safety Inspection & Audit.
