•Control and Monitor-Design Mix
•Check and inspect work procedures
•Calibrate batching plant at least once a month
•Draw Samples as per QA/QC procedures-Test and certify
•Maintain Batching Record
•Inspect and certify all materials-Steel-cement-metals, water and fly-ash
•Responsible for Quality Control of all RCC-PCC works as per Soham Standards
•Control and Monitor-Design Mix
•Check and inspect work procedures
•Checkout form work
•Inspect and certify setting-out of columns and beams
•Maintain Pour Cards
•Inspect and certify all materials-Steel-cement-metals, water and fly-ash
•Carry out stage inspections and test as per QA/QC documents.
•Escalate Quality problems to QA/QC Manager and ensure speedy resolution
