KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting in the taxation matters of the Company.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Preparation of VAT returns, TDS and Service Tax returns.
• Ensure Statutory Compliances and Audit Compliances for all tax related transactions.
• Liaison with statutory auditors and ensure completion of audits within agreed timelines.
• Preparation of IT Assessments, application for PAN / TAN.
