2. Timely completion of project.
3. Work allotment to Supervisory staff & controlling the workmanship.
4. Resource Planning needed for uninterrupted flow of agencies, drawings, material & decisions and assisting Project Engineers by giving correct feedback.
5. Adhering to & monitoring Bar Chart at Site & taking corrective measures.
6. Cost control: Keeping close watch on budgetary provisions made by ECC.
7. Compliance of all ISO related procedure at Site. To follow all safety provisions at site & instructions of Safety Officer.
8. To ensure that all statutory provisions are followed properly at Site.
