* A key role that will develop a team of advisors for our
innovative and fast-selling products.
* The role goes beyond just selling and sales planning
into Distribution planning of these easy-to-sell products.

* Create and implement a plan to ensure achievement of direct sales targets
* Build and operate a sustainable distribution network to achieve sales targets
* Build and execute a plan for achievement of sales targets ‘month after month’ by setting individual targets for each of the Distributors in the team taking into consideration the Distributors’ potential and the total business target.
* Train the Wealthsurance distributors through classroom and on the job training (accompanying them on sales calls, doing mock presentations, etc)
* Lead, motivate and develop the Wealthsurance Distributors:
* Schedule and action all chartered activities within the set time frame
* Identify investment,savings & protection(ISP) needs market place & recommend customised solution
