HR Generalist-HR/ IR/ Admin /Legal Compliances
Recruitment.
Employee Relations
Performance Management System
Appraisals, Incentives and Rewards
Wage & Salary surveys
Compensation Management
IR, Labour laws and compliances
Complete understanding of Labour & Compliance Laws and good understanding of E.P.F, E.S.I.C, etc. is a must.
