Responsible as Head of Department for Operation of entire Plant activities of machineries/equipments. Evaluation and comparative study of different utility equipment required for process plant. Lead a team of engineers for installation and commissioning of utility equipments.
Planning & execution of preventive, breakdown, predictive, shutdown & reliability centered maintenance in order to ensure maximum equipment availability through breakdown analysis, doing necessary modifications & system improvement.
Review of spare requirements & managing the same in planned manner.
Preparing, monitoring and controlling of budget (Revex & capex) for entire Dept.
Energy conservation audit & implementation, safety, cost control and
keeping abreast with the technological development.
Co-ordination with project team & providing tech. support for all in development activities.
Maintenance / Operation
• Developing & executing maintenance plans to achieve optimum performance levels of all production & utility equipment in the plant, without any loss of production activity.
• Handling implementation of preventive, breakdown, corrective maintenance activities and working towards achievement of Zero Down time of machines / equipment.
• Leading maintenance initiatives for achieving reduction in maintenance costs and achieving desired targets within allocated budgets / specified timeframe.
• Procuring and allocating the resources (capital and machinery) to achieve operational targets within the specified timeframe.
