This is the senior position in the sales, marketing and business development group, reporting to the Director of the company. This position provides numerous challenges in a global market arena to help you advance your career growth.

As Head of Marketing and Business Development group, you are expected to formulate marketing strategies in line with corporate goals that are framed to take Zylog\'s business globally. You will identify potential business opportunities for Zylog\'s current products in domestic as well as international markets and pursue such businesses opportunities.

You will lead, manage and monitor a team of professionals who are involved in various activities encompassing Business Development and Key account management, marketing research, technical services, international business development, sales promotion, marketing presentations, new application development, product pricing & negotiations, sales planning & forecasting etc. You will coordinate, control & monitor activities of your group to enhance customer relationship management; with Zylog’s key accounts of Tier I suppliers and automotive OEs.

You will interact with Development teams, Purchase heads and various other counterparts at OEs and Tier I customers, for activities ranging from Business Development, Technology promotion, Commercial Negotiations and Price finalization, Problem solving and so on.

As the Head of Business Development group, you will interface with heads of technology, operations and finance and ensure smooth functioning of all business development related activities..
