Full Description:

He will be assisting Chief Engineer in day to day operations.

Closely monitors all processes and system to ensure highest level of energy conservation, zero defect in breakdown maintenance to ensure services provided to the guest is unhindered at all times.

Maintains all related records of Materials, Machineries, Equipments, Accessories and system in an effective manner and according to company policies.

Maintains a record of all work related activities and log Books of all running machineries within the department.

Daily inspects all machinery spaces for cleanliness, Safety, adherence of work to standards procedures.

To provide quality ambience and engineering related service in room with zero breakdown maintenance.

Maintains accurate and up to date record of all as built drawings ,technical documents / data of relevant plant and machineries ; up to date record of all major / minor project up gradation attended by him including repairs and renovation

Ensures that all Equipment inventories are recorded and logged.
