• Study operating system specific issues to drive product enhancements.
• Work with QA team for speedy resolution of product issues.
• Work with Sales / Prof. Services team for setting up quick PoC/ Demo\'s for various customer needs & presenting with slide-decks
• Work with Support teams for speedy resolution of escalations and products defects.
• Have detailed interaction with all technical teams regarding problem & enhancement requirements and translate into a technical solution.
• Work with junior team members to help them understand the broader use-cases, context of the requirement and translate the user requirements into technical design/code.
• Flexible hours during contact with remote engineering team is required
