1. A group of children , as their primary provider
2. The care , safety , and well being of all children in the group
3. Implementing the program geared to toddlers
4. Setting up the physical environment to meet the changing needs of children
5. Participating in staff meetings , discussions and ongoing training programs
6. Providing information to parents regarding their children as well as general child development information in the form of Child Observations Records , Anecdote , and Weekly Journal etc.
7. Following school polices regarding positive enforcement.
