• Leading a team of Area Mangers & Territory Managers to achieve Pre – Determined Sales objectives through proper Planning, Direction and Motivation.
• Conducting Promotional meets for Management Trainees and Area Mangers on Product Knowledge, Sales Promotional Strategies, Competition, etc.,
• Planning and organizing group events like product launch, Budgeting, Promotion etc.,
• Identifying sales Targets, Developing sales promotional strategies, Analyzing the Market trends, customer profile, Product positioning as per customer need etc.,
• Periodical Market surveys to monitor product growth.
• Maintain a customer data bank for a better service.
• Effectively implementing Customer Relationship Management.
• Developing identified candidates to take up higher responsibilities.
