Full Description:

1. To work as the frontline of the fundraising process and raise revenue to the organization to achieve the goals of helping people out of poverty.

2. To generate funds from the Small & Medium scale sector and high net worth individual’s (office to office & residence to residence)

3. To generate funds in corporate through stall’s provided by Oxfam.

4. To communicate effectively and correctively to the Donors with the help of the training provided by Oxfam

 Role model to others to show.

 Closing forms.

 High amounts.

 Increase in productivity, minimum 60 approaches per day.

 Increase in motivation, building relationship with the team.

5. Increase team target

6. Show them personal growth.

7. Achieve own target soon and help team to achieve their target.

8. Monitoring weekly meeting with the team- sort out all the issues related to territory, setting up target and training for the face to face team

9. Keep weekly competition among your team member.

10. Appreciate performer and look after them.

11. Training

 In house (5-Step, 8-Step, LOA, Negative handling & daily pitching practice with the team)

 On field (teach them different- different tricks of trade for each terriotory).
