Handle civil litigation with respect to Land &Property matters.
Attend proceeding pending with High Court, City & Session Court, Magistrate courts, Consumer Courts & other courts related matters.
Dealing with Govt., Semi-Govt. authorities for revenue & property matters and also attend the hearing before the collector or Superintendent of Stamps or Sub-Registrar relating to property & Registration matters.
Drafting & vetting of legal documents includes Agreements for Sale, Leave & License agreements, Memorandum of agreements, Affidavit, Power of attorney, Developers agreements etc
To appear Proceeding pending in High Court, Small causes court, City Civil Court, Debt recovery Tribunal, Co-operative housing Society courts, Appellant Tribunal & Consumer Courts.
Keep a track of cases & status updated from time to time.
