KRAs:

Preparation of License calculation based upon the production requirement & BOM.

Preparation of Authorization application.

Submission of application and issuance of License.

Preparation of DEEC declaration & submission with CHA for export clearance.

Checking shipping bills & BOE in line with License number and details.

Import Custom Clearance as per License and tracking of debiting.

Preparation of weekly & Monthly statement and circulation.

Prepare claim and redemptions for duty drawbacks, Special Valuation Bench (SVB) and project import etc.

Filing / Submission of application with DFGT / JDGFT through E com system.

Preparation of Export / Import data along with supporting documents and onward submission to redeem / obtain EODC for License.

Preparation of application for Norms fixation and fixation of the same from concerned authorities.

Exposed to logistics function.
