Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Compensation: 3.5 – 6 Lac + excellent commission structure
Reports to the Sales Head &Managing Director India
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing new business from large corporate organizations
- Lead generation
- New client acquisition
- Client relationship management
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Managing team pipeline and targets
- Motivating the team to achieve targets
- Must have 5+ years of corporate sales experience and must have handled key corporate accounts in the past
Candidate Profile:
- Highly motivated and energetic individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Target driven & Incentive\\\'s by a rewarding commission structure
- Experience selling online products / software /media space or advertising an advantage
- Experience managing and motivating a sales team
- Good knowledge of the Internet and MS Office
- Good knowledge of local Pune commercial market
- Confident and Mature
- Well spoken and presentable
- Target driven
- Willingness to work on the field
