Profile-Enterprise lead generation (B to B environment)
Employee would need to interact with various prospects and would have generate leads from companies.
He/she would need to have meaningful discussions with decision-makers in different companies for their IT/outsourcing requirements specific to assigned campaigns.
This would be target oriented and the employee would have targets for lead facilitations.
Essential training on offerings/ solutions and the market will be provided to the employee prior to the start of each campaign.
This is not a field job, however candidates having an inherit flair for sales and marketing are welcome. Good overall understanding and effective communication are the important qualities for candidates for this profile.
Salary would include two components -basic plus incentives. Basic take home monthly will be in the range of Rs12,000/- to Rs15,000/- and monthly incentives will be in the range of Rs3,000/- to Rs8,000/.
